House Lighting Ceremony

To open our annual Think Pink Week, we host our House Lighting Ceremony on the first Monday of October. We invite the public to come to the Zeta House and see us turn it pink, in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. We have pie-a-contestant, live music, food trucks, and a lemonade stand! All the proceeds go towards our Philanthropy.

Big Man On Campus

We have happily brought back our popular Big Man On Campus nonprofit event in 2022 and are extremely excited to host it again this Fall! This event consists of us partnering with various Men’s Organizations and Fraternities to put on a male pageant show for the public and watch the contestants compete for the crown. Each ticket bought for the show benefits Breast Cancer Education and Awareness. To conclude Think Pink Week, we award one of the contestants first place and they become our Big Man On Campus!

Letter Writing Campaign

Each fall, the Aggie Zetas spread awareness to friends and families by writing them personal letters that give them access to resources like the Assess Your Risk tool. This brief assessment creates a personalized prevention plan so every woman can be their own best health advocate. Along with access to this resource, it gives them an opportunity to partner with us as a chapter financially to support our local and national philanthropies.

Texas A&M "Pink Out" Basketball Game

Every year, TAMU Athletics pairs up with Zeta and holds a "Pink Out” game. This past spring, we partnered with the TAMU basketball team and supported the survivors and fighters who have fought against breast cancer.

Survivor Spotlights

Sharing personal testimonies of women who have fought the battle of breast cancer or are currently fighting it now. These women are mothers, aunts, friends, co-workers who have BTHO breast cancer, and together we get to celebrate their fight until 1 in 8 becomes none in 8.

Queso for a Cause

Each spring, the Aggie Zetas host an event at the house with live music to raise money for breast cancer and encourage awareness. This event is supported by local vendors across the Bryan/College Station area who donate portions of the food supplied for the event to partner with us in the fight for the cure.

Carnations for Cancer

During ‘Think Pink Week’ on campus, the Aggie Zetas set up a booth in Rudder Plaza to allow students to purchase carnations to raise money in the fight against breast cancer. This on-campus event benefits Breast Cancer Education and Awareness to the students on campus.
