Hello, and welcome to Aggie Zeta! My name is Mollee Cheek, and it is both an honor and a privilege to serve as the 2025 President of the Theta Gamma Chapter of Zeta Tau Alpha. I am beyond grateful for the opportunity to lead this chapter that I have called home for the past few years. From the moment I walked into Zeta, I was welcomed with open arms, and the love and support from these incredible women have never ceased to amaze me. Every single member has touched my life in ways I never could have imagined, and I have truly felt seen, heard, and valued from the very beginning.
During my time in Zeta, I have been constantly pushed to grow—both as an individual and as a leader. The transformation I’ve experienced in these past few years is something I never expected, and I owe it all to the strong, inspiring women I’m surrounded by every day. Zeta has instilled in me the belief that "Zeta is Forever," and I’ve seen this reflected in both my own journey and the stories of my sisters. I hope that every woman who embarks on this new chapter in life finds a place where she feels at home. For me, Zeta has been, and will forever be, that sanctuary.
Growing up, I was fortunate enough to be part of a close-knit sisterhood through soccer, where support, encouragement, and love were always present. When I came to college, I feared losing that sense of community and wasn’t sure I would find anything to compare. But the moment I stepped into Zeta here at Texas A&M, I knew I had found my people. While I had always heard about the fun aspects of sorority life, living in the house, the events, and all the memories I’d create, I never anticipated how deeply cared for I would feel. Every single member of this chapter loves so deeply, and the sense of sisterhood is unlike anything I could have imagined. Coming into college, I knew I wanted to grow in confidence, leadership, and personal development, but I could never have foreseen the kind of growth I’ve experienced over these four years. If it weren’t for the constant encouragement of my sisters, who pushed me to step outside my comfort zone and take on new challenges, I wouldn’t be here today, serving a chapter that has given me so much.
Zeta has given me the space to explore and stay true to the values that matter most to me. I’ve encountered women who consistently encourage me to live authentically and remain committed to the person I aspire to be. I’ll never forget the feeling I had during the preference round of recruitment when I walked into Zeta. The women I met saw my potential and understood my values, making me feel welcomed, accepted, and at home—my home away from home. My growth here is truly a testament to every woman in the Theta Gamma Chapter. These women will always be role models to me, continuously inspiring me to become a better version of myself.
Zeta means gratitude, empowerment, sisterhood, and so much more. I never imagined that in just four years, I could experience such profound growth. I am excited to see our chapter continue to flourish and can’t wait to witness the blossoming of each member in the year ahead.
I am incredibly proud to be a Zeta, and I hope this letter gives you a glimpse into how we serve, lead, and, most importantly, love as Zeta Tau Alpha at Texas A&M.
